SnapBill Privacy Policy
Understand how account data, receipt data, payment information, and support communications are handled inside SnapBill.
SnapBill collects only what is necessary to provide the service: your email address for authentication, receipt images for AI processing, and extracted receipt data for expense tracking. We do not sell, share, or monetise your personal data or receipt information.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Receipt images are processed on secure cloud infrastructure and stored with strict access controls. SnapBill does not require bank account linking — your financial accounts remain private. You can request full data export or permanent account deletion at any time.
